Intuitive Therapy Solutions provides specialized pediatric occupational therapy with a deep focus on:

Our Clinical Orientation

Regulation and felt safety in the body are the foundation for feeding, engagement, and everyday participation.

Our approach is body-based, nervous-system-informed, and parent-coaching centred. We prioritize felt safety and connection – especially within everyday routines – rather than compliance or temporary strategies. This is especially effective for children who experience intensified physiological or sensory responses to demands.

Referral Fit

Good fit – refer when

• Persistent feeding difficulties or food refusal
• Limited food repertoire with mealtime distress
• Sensory sensitivities interfering with routines
• Regulation challenges during transitions or demands
• Distress or avoidance of body-based routines
• Suspected ARFID presentation
• Family wants understanding, not just compliance

Limited fit – consider alternate providers

• Behaviour therapy or intensive behaviour intervention
• Compliance-based feeding programs
• Academic or curriculum-based support
• Child-only therapy without caregiver involvement
• Stand-alone skill remediation without regulation focus

We accept the following funding sources. Please indicate funding type on the referral form – FSCD-funded families will be asked to provide relevant documentation before assessment.
