For Clinicians & Referral Partners

Feeding care in Canada lacks a standardized framework for identifying the root cause of a child’s feeding difficulty. Families wait up to 12 months for specialized care. Providers collaborate without shared language for why a child is not eating.

ITS uses The Regulated Table™ Framework to identify the primary driver of a child’s feeding presentation, coordinate care with the existing provider team, and support the family’s nervous system alongside the child’s — virtually, across Canada.

When to Refer to ITS

Fewer than 20 accepted foods or narrowing repertoire · Mealtime meltdowns, gagging, or vomiting · Sensory-driven food refusal · Caregiver exhaustion or conflict around feeding · Multiple strategies tried without progress · ARFID or PFD with sensory/regulatory drivers · Post-NICU or NGT feeding aversion · Autism, ADHD + feeding restriction · Infant feeding transition difficulties (0–18m)
