Feeding foundations for families. Practical collaboration for clinicians.
I’m developing practical resources for families in the early feeding years and creating more ways for clinicians to collaborate around children’s feeding. Explore what’s coming or get in touch about working together.
From Milk to Mealtimes
Early feeding foundations through The Regulated Table™
I’m developing a practical guide for parents and caregivers navigating the early feeding years, from the transition into solids to the rhythms of family mealtimes. It will introduce ways to support comfort, participation, curiosity, and responsive feeding as children learn about food.
This guide is in development. Join the waitlist and I’ll let you know when it’s ready. Joining the list does not commit you to a purchase or a service.
More practical learning is on the way
I’m building additional parent resources and clinician education connected to The Regulated Table™. Join the waitlist above to hear about new guides, courses, and learning opportunities as they become available.
Let’s think together about what may be getting in the way
When a thoughtful feeding plan is not translating into change, another clinical lens can help clarify what to observe and what to try next. I collaborate with dietitians and other professionals to understand how regulation, sensory demands, feeding skills, predictability, and the mealtime environment may be shaping a child’s participation.
This work complements nutrition and medical care. It does not replace the existing clinician or assume that every stalled plan needs an OT referral.
Professional case consultation
An OT perspective to help clarify the feeding picture, identify questions or assessment needs, and consider practical next steps.
Mealtime video review
Review of a brief, ordinary mealtime video to understand how the meal unfolds and what may warrant follow-up.Video review does not diagnose or rule out swallowing or medical concerns.
Team education and workshops
Practical learning for clinics and professional teams about The Regulated Table™, feeding drivers, and collaboration when strategies are not landing.
Referral and co-treatment
For children who may benefit from OT involvement alongside nutrition, medical, or other supports.
